A Never-Ending Hunt
While I have to agree with other reviewers that this book was somewhat predictable, that didn’t stop me from enjoying it. Sometimes you want something predictable and comforting, like a favorite pair of jeans or comfy chair. I didn’t notice many, if any, typos or grammar errors, which I usually notice and get annoyed at if they’re there. Neither did I find the novel dated, but then I’m probably “dated” myself. I enjoyed “The Punch and Judy Man” by this author and enjoyed this one even more. As a former police officer, the author knows his stuff and includes lots of interesting background detail.
A very good read
This was a page Turner. And the plot was very believable. I was a little put off by some of the British pronunciation, but it was more than offset by the story line and action.
The Holy War continues
A well written tale very much of concern in this day and time. Definitely told by an informed British police insider. Lots of action, very informative and a good plot. Will be interested in following this character in more adventures.
