The best so far

The best so far. It almost made me feel sorry for a serial killer and his friend. I will definitely look for more from this author.

I intended to write a glowing review on Rayven Hill’s book #5 JUSTICE OVERDUE but got caught up reading his book #6 JUSTICE RETURNS before I had a chance. I got riveted into the book and forgot the review of #5. I just finished #6 and am now diving into his book #7 PERSONAL JUSTICE so I’d better do the review on JUSTICE RETURNS before I dive into it. My reviews of all his books are really just a carbon copy of the reviews I wrote on some of his earlier books. He avoids the crash and grab or shoot ’em up style authors and leads you into a small family business of PI’s. Slowly but subtlety he leads you into a believable plot that increases in intensity the deeper you go into the book. It’s riveting. He’s like no other author I’ve read recently and I intend to finish reading all his book. I suggest that if you haven’t started reading Mr. Hill’s books yet, start with his book #1 to familiarize yourself with his style and characters. You’ll be eager to go up through his entire list of books. He’s got me hooked.

Great story

I just love this series. Had a hunch who the killer of his parents were and I was correct. All of these books are steady paced and the characters are very well developed. Hooks you right away and very hard to put down at night.

I am definitely hooked on this series. These are easy reads and I seem to finish it quickly as I can’t put the book down. I find myself opening up my kindle app whenever I think I have 5 mins to read and these books are perfect. I feel like I am starting to know the characters and I feel there is room for a youth version using their son Matty, solving school yard “crimes ”

An excellent page turner

This book was excellent as are all of Rayven T Hill’s Justice books. I can’t wait for the next. Keep them coming! As to the book itself; The author does not spend a lot of time setting the scene. You won’t be bored while the author makes you wade though chapter after chapter while the author paints a picture and nothing else happens. It is a book that grabs your attention right from the beginning and holds you captive to the riveting end.

As with all of the Jake and Annie Lincoln books this one did not disappoint. I have enjoyed all the ones I have read thus far. The only complaint I have with them is the author seems to keep a steady pace right along and then he seems to speed up the ending just to get the book over with. This series is awesome and I cannot wait to read the last 4 that I haven’t read yet. I had to go back and read the Blood and Justice book to refresh my memory on what crimes Jeremy had committed and why he was in prison but because the books are such an easy read it was not a big deal for me to do. The story did have some twist that seemed very unrealistic in it but I guess that is good writing by the author. I would recommend this series as it is very good and you won’t want to put them down.

over all the plot lines are good these two always wind up solving the case instead …

Although this is book 6 in the series, the story stands alone quite well. The writing is excellent with a negligent amount of errors. Jake and Annie are such well developed characters that I feel as though I know them at this point. The only caveat is that this does contain a higher amount of violence than usual because it deals with a serial killer. However, the subject matter is handled tastefully,

Well-written, easy to follow storyline glad I read this book 7 after reading book 1…main character life proceeds amidst another scenario. Highly recommend to readers who love suspense, action and a “whodunit” theme. 5-star rating…looking forward to read OTHER books in this series.
